Batch Status Details

There are two ways to get call log detail for a Batch you have run:

  • From the Batch Status menu, click on the Batch ID you wish to get more information about. This will display the Batch Completion Detail. At the bottom of your screen is an option to Download Fax Batch Results. This will download a full detail log of every call made on the Batch and the result of each call. The log will be in a .CSV format that can be opened with Microsoft Excel or any text editor.
  • From the List Manager menu, click the Wand icon beside the list used on your Batch. Then choose Batch Statistics Updater. This option will allow you to create a separate lists based on the result of the call (e.g. all of the Busy and No Answer calls).
